Do you have Questions? 

Questions never bother us; in fact, we welcome them. Especially if it’s your first time working with a financial planner, we realize it’s unfamiliar territory. Here are the most common questions we get at Well-Traveled Wealth.  

 

Q: Is it really a free consultation or will I have to pay something?

 

A:  We aren’t big on pressuring people into anything. Basically the free consultation is an opportunity for you to meet us and find out if we are a good fit together. If you decide you’d like to work with us, then we’ll get into the details of your financial goals.

 

Q: Why shouldn’t I go with one of those free online investing tools?

 

A: Online investing tools leave out one of the most crucial parts of financial planning: you! Nothing can replace personal advice that is tailored to your individual goals. Contrary to popular belief, financial planning has a qualitative side that complements the quantitative elements.

Q: Do I need to have a million dollars saved before I can work with you?

 

A: Nope! We do not have asset minimums here at Well-Traveled Wealth. When managing your finances starts to take up more and more of your time, it’s a good idea to consider hiring a professional for guidance and advice. We are looking for relationships, however; not transactions.

 

Q: What does it cost to work with you? 

 

A: A great question. Because each financial plan and investment strategy is customized for your goals, the fees for each service we offer vary for every client. We do believe in complete transparency and will be very straightforward with you about what the costs are and how they are broken out.

 

Q: I’m not in San Diego, is that a problem?

 

A: No problem at all! If you’d like to work with us, we will find a way. Both Todd and Yesenia travel throughout California to see several of their clients throughout the year. Of course, Skype calls and Facetime are also options too.
